Product Description
Product Name: Aluminum chlorohydrate
CAS No.: 1327-41-9
Molecular Formula:AlClHO
Molecular Weight: 79.44
Description: Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC), also known as coagulant, is a water-soluble inorganic polymer between ACL3 and AL(OH)3 with the chemical formula [AL2(OH)NCL6-NLm], where m represents the degree of polymerization and n indicates the degree of neutrality of the PAC product. The color is yellowish brown or light yellow, dark brown, dark gray resinous solid. The product has strong bridging and absorbing properties. In the process of hydrolysis, physical and chemical processes such as coalescence, adsorption and precipitation occur along with it.
The fundamental difference between polymeric aluminum chloride and traditional inorganic coagulant is that traditional inorganic coagulant is low molecular crystalline salt, while the structure of polymeric aluminum chloride consists of variable multi-carboxyl complexes, fast flocculation and precipitation, wide range of applicable pH value, no corrosion to pipeline equipment, obvious water purification effect, can effectively support the water color SS, COD, BOD and other heavy metal ions, the product is widely used in the field of drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment.
Usage: 1,Dissolve the solid product into liquid by adding water at 1:3, then add 10-30 times of water to dilute it into the required concentration and use it.
2,The dosage can be determined according to the different turbidity of the raw water, the best dosage, generally the turbidity of the raw water in 100-500mg/L, the dosage of 10-20kg per thousand tons.
